> Ability to support largescale surveys and communications with service users to evaluate customer satisfaction, expectations and needs

> Modelling of service yield and key financials to understand how sustainable performance improvement can be delivered
 
Service Redesign

Focusing on desired service outcomes, we support clients in creating innovative, effective and efficient ways of working and the means to support continuous improvement, so that service designs can adapt and be sustainable.

Testing & Refining

Using our diagnostic capabilities we can support our clients run systematic pilots for new ways of working to measure the impact on customers, staff and the organisation. This primarily ensures that new services are delivering the required service outcomes in the most efficient ways, and allows the service design to be refined and optimised. 

Embedding & Confirming

Once new services have been proven and optimised through a suitable pilot, we support clients in embedding these designs in the organisation and ensuring that the services are sustainable, meeting both current business and customer needs and able to adapt to future circumstances
